CIBC wanted to expand it’s ability to service their 14 million customers anywhere. A secure and private online space was needed to facilitate meetings and exchange personal documents. The solution was to create a mobile-first responsive web application for meetings. Pre-meeting check-in, alerts, and device settings were also included.

Meet and talk to an advisor anywhere. Some users are non-technical and require assistance when navigating complex flows. 87% of Canadians prefer addressing serious financial concerns with a human representative rather than AI.
